By entering the Bulldog Domain Patriotic Bulldogs Photo Contest you are agreeing to the following guidelines and rules:

CONTEST TIMELINE

• Contest runs from May 26 through July 16.
• Entries will be accepted beginning Thursday May 26.
• Entries will not be accepted after Saturday, July 9, 2005.
• Winners announced Saturday, July 23, 2005.


SUBMITTING A PHOTO

• All photos must be either emailed to patriot2005@bulldogdomain.com or submitted via our online entry form.
• You may enter as many photos as you would like. See below for information about optional entry fees.
• If submitting via email, you must submit each photo separately and include the following information in the body of your email (if anything is missing, your email will be deleted and you will need to resubmit with all listed information).
  1. Your full name
  2. Your shipping address (in order to receive prizes)
  3. The names of the Bulldog(s) in the photo.
  4. Your preferred contact email address.
  5. Please list "Patriotic Bulldogs 2005" on the subject line of your email.
  6. Clearly indicate how much you are donating. If donating nothing indicate that as well.

• Submitted photos must meet the following criteria:
  1. There must be a least one Bulldog in the photo.
  2. It must be your own photo (you own the rights to it).
  3. Acceptable photo formats are limited to jpg, gif, bmp, or tif (jpg is recommended).
  4. Submitted photos should be no larger than 1MB in size (if you resize your photo for the contest, please save your original in a safe location).
  5. Using software to enhance your photo is acceptable, however it is not necessary.

• All photos become the property of Bulldog Domain and may be used on the Bulldog Domain website in any way. Note: Photos may be resized in order to appear on the site.


ENTRY FEES

• Entry Fees are NOT required, however they are strongly encouraged as they will support Bulldog Rescue. Click the PayPal button in the FAQ section to donate your entry fee. Alternately, you may REQUEST A PHYSICAL ADDRESS TO SEND A CHECK.
• Donations of $5 or more (per photo) make your photo eligible for Tier 1 prizes should your photo win.
• If you enter 2 photos with a minimum donation of $8 both are eligible for Tier 1 prizes. 4 photos with a $15 donation are also Tier 1 eligible, and so on.
• Donations of $0 to $4.99 make your photo eligible for Tier 2 prizes should your photo win.
• Entree Fees must be received by July 8, 2005 at the absolute latest.
• ALL proceeds (after shipping costs and other expenses such as PayPal fees, are accounted for) will be added to our Gbay Rescue Fund and donated to Bulldog Rescue groups. Bulldog Domain will not be using anyof the donated funds. Full disclosure of how the funds were allocated will be posted within 4 weeks of the contest end date.


WINNERS

• All winning photos will be determined by a panel of judges.
• Goliath's Pick will be selected by Bulldog Domain.
• Winners will be contacted by email within 2-weeks of the contest end date.


PRIZES

• There will be a total of 7 winners in this contest - 1st, 2nd, and 3rd place for each tier and Goliath's Pick.
• Prizes may change without notice.
• The rules may be amended at any time.
• By entering the contest you agree to abide by all the rules and have fun!
